Interlibrary Loan Request

Items marked with an asterisk (*) are required. This form is also available in a print version: MS Word or PDF.

Use this request form to borrow materials from other libraries outside JSRCC and NOT AVAILABLE at any JSRCC campus library. If you have any questions, please refer to the ILL Policy (PDF). Check the library catalog or journal locator first to see if any of the three JSRCC campus libraries own the print or electronic version of the book, journal, magazine, or newspaper you are interested in. If you are not sure how to search the library catalog or journal locator, ask a librarian to help you. If another JSRCC campus library owns the material, visit or call your campus library to find out how you can obtain the material.

Only JSRCC faculty, staff, and students are eligible to borrow on Interlibrary Loan. Community patrons should request Interlibrary Loan services at their local public library. A current JSRCC ID is required to use this service. Textbooks are not available through interlibrary loan. Interlibrary loan materials must be picked up in person.

Interlibrary loan requests are processed as quickly as possible. We ask that you allow a minimum of 2 days for journal articles and a minimum of 7 days for other resources. If you have any questions, please contact the library.
